Marsdendean Shame it's not nearer to christmas! Unsure what i want to do yet, i may go for a conversion some time next year, but good luck with the sale, shame i don't have the funds!!

Marsdendean Really can't afford it. Wedding is miles beyond budget really, we thought around £5K would do it, were already upto around £8K, and her mum is paying for most of it!!
Tell me about it mate, just paid for the reception today, what a kick in the knacks,
