got my discs on after much :cursing:, one of the slider pins had never been greased so was seized solid had to heat it up to get it out!

should be getting my springs delivered tomorrow so heres some before pics :thumbup1:

just an update on some bits ive managed to get done

19-04-2019, 02:04 PM #13looking very smart now, is the bonnet viynl or sparayed? one other thing like i keep remindind oli to do on phils is to either polish or paint the manifolds at the front of the engine bay and that will be the engine bay sorted :thumbup1:

i was thinking about doing the inlet manifold red, and getting rid of the horrible plastic engine cover and make a new plug cover. going to get some engine dress bits soon like a new anodised oil cap and silicone hose dress up kit just to make it look a bit better. think i may have OCD

You not tried painting the middle section of the bonnet ie along the lines and leaving the edges?
that would be the misses getting in the way :thumbup1:
like that idea about the bonnet may have a play with photoshop to see what it looks like:thumbup:
