18-06-2017, 06:08 PM #18Make sure you remove McAfee before installing any new anti-virus stuff, otherwise if you have multiple anti-virus thingies then you will have even more problems !

quoted for truth, had that exact problem today with a students laptop at work. Had Mcaffee and Symantec both installed and wondered why she wasn't getting internet connection.
