Haha. Well I would quite like a black one, but understand the difficulty. I lifted the brightness on that original blue one, and then the contrast too, to compensate for the purple tinge I gave it with the brightness, and got what looks closer to the real colour ON MY SCREEN, but I wouldn't want to attempt to make it black!

As for the blue, you're probably right - having looked in the daylight (note the time I did my blue one - the car probably looked a bit darker to me cos it was dark outside!!) the car is a bit lighter in shade than I'd done...
I'm not giving up on black just yet, need a bit more investigation before that. But you can sing for the TTE bumper and wheel change on a rendering! :p

Flat black is a piece of **** to manage - you just turn down the brightness etc... glossy black however requires messing about with layers and the like, and I'm a little short on time for messing about today
