Passenger side going down to the intercooler. It looked too close to that pulley for my liking. You running 2.5" all round?

I was struggling to get 2.5" past that (green circle) pulley, it was way too close for my liking. Anybody know what the red arrow is pointing to? It looks like a relay of some kind.

My clutch is goin to need changing very soon can any 1 recommend a good 1 that can cope with the extra power the turbo will produce
