also remove the rubber from the back of the e/bay.
The reason is simple the IS200 has a "sealed" engine bay therefore is not designed for air to pass all the way through it and some turbo cars do run a fair bit hotter than N/A cars and require a good flow of air through the 'bay.

Thats what James at Toyota GT wanted to do to mine, I think the gauges are unique to the IS, wouldn't want to change them.
