it's a catch22 mate if you don't strengthen your legs they won't get better but equally if you do too much too soon then you will do more damage

Patrick i in the same postion as you i have a damaged leg and ankle joint and only wished i could walk 1-2 miles a day.
Anyway keep up the good work as less weight that goes through your leg i guess is better.:thumbup1:

Update

It's been 7 weeks since I started my diet and so far I've lost 8,3kg (18,3 pounds) Smile

My face isn't round anymore and my belly is definitely smaller. I'm still at least 7kgs from my goal, but I will upload pictures for comparison soon.

i wish i could put weight on!! i can stuff my face with whatever i want and as much as i can eat but it makes no difference, doing a bit of gym also and things are chaning shape but my weight is still the same - in fact i went on the scales today and i am the same as 6 months ago!

Exacly! It's certainly the cheapest way to make your IS go faster :biggrin:

My current weight is 94,1kg (207 lbs) which means I've now lost 10,7kg (23.5 lbs). Another milestone reached, next one is at 90kg :biggrin:
