Last week my shell had cracked due to being thin material, i saw the cracks today and they are worse than i thought, taped them up, no nothing, still looked bad, i had 1mm material, the material should be 1.5mm.
Got new material and cut out some paper, with the numbers 31, and stuck them on the top, so when vacuum forming came along, the shell would say 31 in the top,
good idea.No pics though, as i spent my time doing my whole new shell.
Next time i will be starting the steering rack for it, so watch this space
