08-06-2017, 10:55 AM #25It appears that there is a sound level restriction of 100 dB at 5 metres, at JAE. So a "loudest ICE system" competition wouldn't seem to be possible. But perhaps we can do something else ?

that means loud exhausts are in trouble..
however if doors/boots closed we would meet the rules and most commercially availiable senors wont read below 100hz anyway :wink:
how does this stack up wth the sound system that is being set up??
just looked at the t's and c's and it states that no public address, loudspeakers, are permitted!
it also states that no car engines, revving, music and non-ambient noises are permitted.. all seems a bit OTT and regimented????
