Yeah done them before on a ford was a pain but still think its rings or a piston as it smoked like made with revs and was pushing oil out of the breather on top of the engine

i know how you feel, i get constant abuse about my car dying to get it done so i can destroy them with their "amazing" BMWs. Cars bein a massive pain is all part of the game! Did you use your actual head when mocking up the manifold? or was it a spare

I know what weight is the is engine do you know? I can borrow one of my bruvs dissable hoists but they max out at 200kg
