Stoney If you have not fitted it yourself, I have no idea, couldn't even hazard a guess! Though if I had to.... some kind of phone car kit.

What do I win?

Right, not much to report at the moment; I have a couple bits that are sitting to one side - they're coming to JAE so I can bribe people into fitting them for me!

However, there are odd wee bits I can do here and there myself. I decided that having detangoed the front lights, I should do the same with the rears. The rears are just a matter of changing the orange bulbs for silver ones so this wasn't complicated

Before:

After:

It's a minor difference, but one I think just cleans up the rear look of the car that touch more, and fits better with the silver bulbs I already had in the side repeaters and front indicators.

Other than that it's a case of keeping it clean and checking oil/water/tyres etc for the trip to JAE a week on Thursday

Gonna be great: [Image: jae.png]

First time I went to replace a brake bulb, seemed simple enough an idea that I wasn't going to cough a few quid to the hellfrauds guy to do it.

Anyhoo, I opened the boot and realised that there was no access to the rear of the light cluster from the boot. I remembered what a pain it had been trying to change one of the numberplate bulbs so I rolled up the metaphorical sleeves and started to take off the boot lining, assuming the lights were accessible behind it. Forty minutes later, I had enough off that I could get a good look in there and it was (of course) patently clear that there was no access to the light cluster from inside.

Went back in the house highly confused and 2 minutes on the bahamutcars site told me what I should have checked in the first place; that you just pop off the covers and undo the 2 screws on the outside to access the cluster and bulbs. 5 minutes later, the bulb was changed and I had yet another "Dave's a daft twazzock" story to tell Ormi next time I saw him

Curiosity satisfied Pat?

Oh and Ormi.... If I can do it in a few minutes, YOU'VE no excuse! Finger oot and bulbs in big man!
