Removed the gearbox for Jay (No pics)

Removed the TTE ARB:

And then sort of dropped the front subframe again no pics.
How do you remove the rear control arm thing from the chassis? It's the one that's basically a rod with a circle on the end that a rubber bush sits inside.
We couldn't get it off.
