Speedfreek's IS200 Project
First of all, stunning motor mate, I saw you did your own nav bypass, just wondered how you did it as I have heard of one way, re-locating the standard hu and running a pos+ and a neg- and also a tx+ and tx- from the audio loom to the re located hu? Seems a bit long winded to me especially as the previous owner cut the plugs off the loom and just soldered the aftermarket hu wires to the loom, any chance of a heads up as fed up of having a standard navi unit and having a Tom Tom on the screen, cheers in advance
So, a little update!
I have amassed a little collection of parts that I need to fit over the next couple of weeks - so the car will see some quite radical changes!
The list includes, but isn't limited to...
TRD rear lip
TRD sideskirts
TTE boot lip spoiler
Headlight eyebrows
TRD rear light covers
SPA Dash cluster
New brakes all round
Quickshift
+ on the list for the keyless entry / push button start kit
and the mod I'm most looking forward to fitting....
a rather rare Veilside Ti teardrop exhaust! (Thanks Gord!)
Of course I will update with pics as and when things are fitted :thumbup1:
Well done on the parts , and I hope you like exhaust because its going to be LOUD
Already sourced a bung for it - but it's mainly for the wife as loud is goooood
EDIT: I will also get a couple of vids on youtube too - there is only one or two on there at the mo - very rare!
just like my apexi n1 theirs not many vids kicking about thats why i kept it as i really like the noise of it.
i also like the list of parts you have to fit..
good collection of parts mate!
