Time for another periodic update!

Passed the MOT again on Thursday (cheers Ormi  ), advisory for a couple of tyres on inner wear, so once I get those ordered, I'll need to see about getting the geo checked/sorted.

Anyone got the correct settings a la WIM?

Also, the oil cap I bought from djb arrived this morning. I figured this wasn't beyond my own technical fitting skills:

Nothing else major changed, though...

Ok.....

Disclaimer: I am not responsible for any damage you do to yourself, your car, your neighbours cat, passing seagulls, or any other person or animal. Or plant. Do this away from your wife/girlfriend/friend with benefits/casual acquaintance's prize roses.

If you are uncertain about any of the steps in this guide, consult a proper mechanic. Which I'm not.

Steps
1. Open the bonnet
2. Locate the oil cap
3. Remove the oil cap
4. Wrap it in something (I used an old envelope) and sling it in the boot
5. Place new cap and tighten.
6. Repeat step 5 until the cap is the right way round when fully tightened (warning: can take ******* ages)
7. Step back
8. Admire
9. Take photos to post on a car forum
10. Close bonnet
11. Write up on car forum

Howzat Stav?
