Also had a little play with the intake manifold and throttle body this now all fits and the all the belts are now fitted so had a little bit of luck as i thought i wouldnt be able to adjust the alternator enough to tighten the belt

Fitted the new ally radiator though cant find one of the bottom rubbers in the garage somewhere i guess lol

Drilled the inlet manifold for the vacuum so now that is all done

Put the oil pipes on the sandwich plate and routed them to the front now that was a tight squeeze to get them fitted lol also put the oil temp sensor on but im going to have to get a oil pressure senor relocation kit as there is not enough room down there!

Getting on well but space is getting smaller in that bay lol
one question down on the right behind the radiator i dont think i can get a 2.5" pipe from the intercooler lol is there a specific way?? seems like the aircon pump needs to be sacrificed lol

27-01-2021, 02:09 PM #505Well today i dremelled the rocker cover so the front injector plug fits so thats the injectors and fuel rail all fitted

Hmm, I'm not sure why it doesn't fit then mate sorry, I didn't think it would be that different, though the pipes go right against the chassis leg I think.
Quick thought, you have cut out the protecting slots on the back of the fans?
