finally got the wastegate bolted on pain in the **** to do by myself but got there in the end

Got the water pipes all fitted to the turbo and back of the engine

refitted the fuel rail and injectors, the injectors are now all soldered just got to do wire tidy up!! just want to get her running at the moment lots of plans for all the wiring!!

so tomorrows jobs are finish intercooler plumbing and fit BOV
vacuum lines for waste gate and fit turbo controller solenoid and wire up
fit rest of exhuast then i can take of jacks
work out how i am going to mount the throttle cable!!!
oil replens
middle of next week i think the turning her over could happen lol nervous much!!!

14-02-2021, 01:48 PM #581well got a few little bits done today fitted the horrible colored vacum manifold so i could get some of the plubming done and get position sorted (What an eye sore lol )

14-02-2021, 04:27 PM #584Lol I'm the same with my engine bay, my mates coming Saturday to spray it. Finished the filling and sanding today. It's by no means perfect but to be honest I don't care lol. It'll look decent enough.
