Sparkystav You found yourself some skirts for her yet?
yeah but with all hasstle from charger leaving it for a bit, annoying, but sorting charger comes first.

update with manifold and charger issues.

ok so first thing i fit new manifold and cat pipe.
while it was all out wrapped and painted just for bit of heat protection.
[Image: 547000_10151454867385500_574495499_23390...6875_n.jpg]
at the same time i refurbed my charger needed it wasnt running good or smooth.
[Image: 295020_10151454864390500_574495499_23390...8892_n.jpg]
Working on my Comfy carpet! Smile
[Image: 539710_10151454861185500_574495499_23390...1821_n.jpg]
[Image: 538289_10151454856085500_574495499_23390...3967_n.jpg]
So the charger refurb when fine n just seem so much smother and able to spin freer.

So then when i installed the manifld the was the issue with the lambda sensor so fit 90adapter.
[Image: 536222_10151454871720500_574495499_23390...2243_n.jpg]
Had it in before with no adapter just it banged on bulkhead, n was quite annoying underload and turning left! So after i put the 90adapter on, after 100 or so miles of driving Ecu light comes on, so going to try an adapter on the other sensor so both getting reading from a adapter, so no conflicts in data, not sure if my thinking is right but easyest thing to try, if not will blank and just wire into one sensor like some have suggested.

Next problem was with the charger tearing belts. so with the new mani needed to mod bracket slightly.
[Image: 528276_10151430013805500_574495499_23295...4450_n.jpg]

So with the new bracket mod, think it had just lifted the bracket a few mm from the back in turn tilting the charger at the front down, making my 800belt alot more slack than before so it did this!
was making awful noise at 1k engine rpm due to the belt flapping as not tensioned enough.
[Image: 561345_10151467736140500_574495499_23439...6557_n.jpg]
it did this on 2 belts in space of 2 days not happy!

so was racking my brain thinking what to do, so got smaller belt, 788, just fit! was quite tight. But the was squealing so bad! So researched Belt Squeal and found it was more due to misalignment, so then it clicked that the bracket was lifted at back so, thats why it was making belts slack and tilting the pully a slight bit. So decided to put 2mm washers under the charger just at the front, and straight away puting tension on a 800 belt like i had before and it was tight!, So at the minute im runing a 4pk800 was 5 just cut 1st one off its on the supercharger pully as if it was a 5pk so space at back and now space at front, but is tight no squealing and no belt jump, so going to get new 800 belt, dont think with the charger being raised 2-3mm will get a 790 on. kind of annoying as i want things perfect but its working this way so that the main thing.
[Image: 546021_10151475762400500_574495499_23472...7866_n.jpg]

So anyway thats the Drama ive being having lately which is very fustrating when its my daily Ride!

But Getting a new Cat Back Exhaust, so finally my exhaust system will be sorted, and hopefully can get to the Trafford Center meet on 15th April!

ok, quick update mainly just want reassuring, ok so decided to just blank and splice into the front lambda no1? anyway reset ecu plugged it in and fired it up just to make sure no ecu light, and no light so this means wiring is ok? as i spent ages soldering and sleaving it all to make it so it never just guna disconnect or ewt.
anyway with an adapter on both the ecu light was coming on within 20 miles few hours driving instead of 70 a day of driving with it just on one, so is it likly the is200 sensors dont like adapters as dosnt get enought of the gasses or something? as it not in direct flow?

Also got my new Cat-back just a cobra sport.

Next mod emanage blue, going to take my car to tuning develpoments to get it fitted and mapped, geting sick of my FCD chip thing.
Read about it and heard the ultimate is better but for the power and mods ive got for the extra cost dont think will be worth it. anyone else on hear with a charger had it mapped? Get anymore power out? im mainly doing it just to run my car smoother fuel better and not hesitate. if it gets anymore power will be bonus.
