Hmm very odd!
Could be like my problem and lifting the head under boost, and pressurising the coolant?

So when your on boost basically, engine gases are getting into the coolant and over pressurising the system, the weak point is obviously the rad.
Unless you've got a blockage and the water is just pressurising as it goes round the engine cause it's no where to go. Have you had any over heating issues?

It might be only when the boost is on though mate, lifting the head up.
A change to Arp bolts could help.
