Got my Iridium plugs and K&N filter in the other day. So car is running a bit smoother. Although its the first time I have really got a close up of the engine bay, and its not in the best of states. Everything is filthy and perishing. Sad
Starting to miss my old motor now, that was in great condition considering it was the same age as my current IS.
Never been big on cleaning my engine bay as I do too many miles for it to last! But can see a mountian of work on this one. Will certainly not be lifting the hood if I make it to any shows this year!

Quick and easy way to do it mate, is spray the engine bay all over with tyre foam, leave it for a couple of minutes and then wipe off, you'll be surprised at how easy it is and what it looks like after? :thumbup1:

Haven't had chance to get these pics up recently. But had my windows tinted as a lovely present from my g/f.

Really impressed with how well it was done, and how much it improves the looks of the car.

Still got a huge list of things to do, but totally skint at the minute, so progress is slow.
Keep putting small jobs off too, as I want to wait till I have got some coilovers, tempted to just get lowering springs though, as its going to be a while till I can get some.

Got another couple of bits getting done in next few days, will try get pics up asap.

James, spend £100 on lowering springs and when you have enough money for coilovers then sell the lowered springs. £500 for coilovers is a lot to find on one mod.
I fitted 35-40mm springs on mine and have not looked backed, do not even want coil overs now.
