Just given it a quick wash,

Really needs a very good polish/claying etc to get it shiny again?

Cheers mate, i might be changing the centres to a different colour yet?? bronze or maybe a dark gold? not sure what will look the best though?

@ Lexuspat, the front fogs are a bit of a pain to do mate, you have to split them down and take all the insides out, most are corroded so can be a nightmare to remove the light units? but when you do get the units out you can then rub down the reflector part and spray them the colour you want?

The lens comes off pretty easy using the oven to warm them up, and the reflector just pulls out, For the mesh you have to fold it round the reflector to get the basic shape and then fit it into the old lens channels?

I used Sikaflex Windscreen adhesive to fix the mesh in place, being black it looks pretty tidy and sets very well to stop the mesh popping out?

I did make 2 sets of them, i have a set and Stav has a set on his IS,

Could be used for an intake for an induction kit or fit flexi hose to help cool the front brakes? i never used my fogs so thought i'd just make them into something else
