Anyway alls well that ends well and the car hasn't missed a beat since despite some aggressive driving!
Contrary to popular belief they aren't made of chocolate but the issue is to do with the early cars gerobox solenoids that kept sticking. According to Nissan mine was first UK car with issue so they replaced the whole box for me under warranty but having waited two years to get the car it leaves a sour taste after having this issue with less than 2k on the clock!!
Anyway alls well that ends well and the car hasn't missed a beat since despite some aggressive driving!
