Prius battery's are holding up just fine!!

There is suppose to be a drop in performance but still getting close to average MPG, but the engine is on a little more often -due to the cold. Getting 46 to 48 MPG instead of 50 -51 on average, but thats with winter rubber also and they reduce MPG also.

If anyone is located in manchester then get yourselves to andrew page ltd as they have the best prices. I paid £51 for a bosch battery last year for my car and its holding up perfectly

Theres one in stockport mate near the honda garage just off stockport road. theres also an andrew page in trafford park as far as I know. You really cant go wrong with them I think. I always use them as they have decent stuff in always and the service is spot on. Most autofactors use andrew page as their suppliers so always worth looking into.

I went to Toyota for mine, cost about £60,

the drop in revs and battery when u switch somethin on is only minimal,

but if you have stuff on anyway and the revs start to drop simply because you have stopped moving and are just idling then your battery is definitely on its way out

battery is ok at mo, but is not quite as cold in Plymouth compared to rest of country
