on Google chrome click the spanner top right of the browser and set the zoom to 100%
on Internet explorer click view then zoom and select 100%

edit you can also quick switch it
CTRL + 0 this will default most browsers to 100%
Please can all users check the browser setting's it seems some browsers are not set to 100% zoom
