Just do the nuts on the head up in a sequence and then do them up again to more Nm, then do the 90 degree turn thing.

Rabster As above what tools will i need and any dooos and dont's ?
its my 1st time ill be gentle :thumbup:
no special tools mate just keep everything together ie manifold bolts beside the manifold, rocker bolts beside the rocker always use single hex sockets or you'll round the bolts off
mark the buckets i1-i8 same with the exhaust ones e1-e8 also if your removing the oil pick up remember and clean it and clean it good.
if your removing the crank watch for the two thrust washers and what way they go...if your removing the big ends you will need a 12 or 14mm multihex socket..

Take LOTS of Pictures and i mean LOTS!
make sure you know what nuts and bolts go where. a good method is to tape them into the holes they came from (ie when removing alternator etc)
