Makes it look like felt, some rally cars have it on the dash boards to reduce glare.

I spoke tp the guy about doing lexus parts and he wants to do something other than mx5 parts so he is keen to do other cars. His prices are spot on! to do my speedo cowling and 2 parts of the steering cowl its costing me £27 total!!!!! Flippin bargain if you ask me! Im going to take him some lexus parts from my car so they might be for sale soon, already flocked

here's a little update to get back on topic.........
Sunday i was helping a mate fit a new exhaust to his car as his old one literally rusted off the car. hahaha. So went into work to fit it in the warm and dry. Got there a little early so i had a few hours of cleaning the mazda.
Always nice to have room indoors to work on stuff............

Spent the time cleaning and polishing under the bonnet as i want to get it more shiney than it currently is.
slam pannel had a few marks on it......

i finally found some rust on the car, this is literally the only rust i have found so far!!!!!

removed the slam pannel........

repolished it and refitted it with nice new stainless bolts and anodized washers. washers will be swapped out for blue ones later as the purple doesn't really go with anything.........
