Yeh me too, was starting to get pretty well p'd off with it? but hopefully its OK now? so much smoother to drive than it has been and its got its power back
If i was driving in 4th,5th or 6th gear at low revs the ecu light would come on as soon as i put a bit more power on, so had to keep resetting it on the move with my plx kiwi meter? :Shooting:
DaveEdin That might require knowing where to find that, or even <scared voice> having to test wires to find it!! </scared voice>
Easy option is the one I can see before I even get near the car

Minor update - the stereo is fitted. I took the option of splicing the parking brake cable into the ground on the stereo, and dvds do indeed play while driving. Pics will be up later on tonight when I have taken them, it was too dark last night when I was done.
Side skirts and rear skirt are painted and I will be picking those up tomorrow!
Mattlaw's sent the final piece I needed for the armrest (Cheers Matt) and I'll be fitting it tonight, doesn't look too difficult.
Headlights and rear calipers have arrived from Jase as well (I had to think of a way to put that so it didn't sound like one of Jim's dodgy thread titles "Jase's bits have arrived at mine" or something!!)
Lazy beggars I spoke to about the wheels have yet to get back to me with a price etc, so if anyone knows of a decent wheel refurb place in the vicinity of Edinburgh, let me know? The wheels aren't that bad, but there are a couple flat spots that need knocked out a touch...

Good for you on the fitting mate and getting the DVD to work.
Now you will need to find some music DVD's so you can watch and listen to the tunes !!
So you fitting the body kit yourself ?
Moley, for the bodykit I reckon I might take up Ormi on his offer of help, otherwise it'll take me about 3 days knowing me!
Chris, the front does stick out a wee bit but it needed to or it wouldn't fit properly
I'm quite happy with how it looks though, and how it works! USB/CD/DVD/SD cards all play in there just fine, although the SD card I have lying about won't work sadly, it's SDHC and that's a newer spec than the radio can load, so I'll need to pick up a 2Gb card for a few quid - still plenty room to get a load of stuff on it anyways...
Cheers Gord...
And just for those (Rabster :wink who said I'd buy it and never fit it :p
Armrest
Armrest up
Picked up the side and rear skirts from the painter this morning too  He gave me the leftover paint as well so I can touch up a couple scratches with it too.
So, now I'm down to:
Fit the lowering springs
Sort and fit the 18" wheels (bloke got back to me eventually with a £400 quote hock: Must be somebody in Scotland cheaper, will have to do some searching)
LED Sills
Fit the skirts
Swap out my headlights for Jase's detangoed headlights
Sort the rear caliper ormi says is a bit busted with the ones I got from Jase
And I've decided I want to paint the calipers as well. Silver probably, or maybe black...
The machine polish is still going ahead, but will be in May as the only other dates the guy could sort me out were during the easter holidays and I need the car for ferrying about kids etc then.
Getting there! :thumbup1:
A nice sunny afternoon today and I had a half day, and Ormi was off as well, so I popped round to his and now I have side and rear skirts on the car Car looks great!
My phone was about out of battery though, so no pics till tomorrow (plus I need to give it a quick hosing down) when I can take them in (hopefully) some sun
Amazing what a difference these make - subtle enough, but there's a completeness about it now
