Because its cheaper and quicker to pup over to Lexus/Toyota and buy one.

Dark Samurai Fits in all mate.
Not true, the 'container' plastic that it sits in is different in some cars - there are 3 different types + the kind with the satnav remote from what I remember. I'll dig the parts diagram out and post it up so you can see. This type was only fitted from August 2002 onwards.
There is a whole separate page devoted to the cup holders!
