I confess, I wasn't at the gym (as such) - it was Bathgate Leisure Centre, where me and a couple of guys from the office go swimming once a week. Gospel that is.....
I'm fitter than I look - mind you if I was only as fit as I looked, I probably couldn't lift the key to start the car :wink:
