Tail lights have decided they're working again today ormi... I get the bulb out warning on pressing the brake though...
I swear it's trying to extract the urine now
Ok yes your bulb holders are the same as mine.
As Gord said the green/black wire is earth so connect to the existing White/black. The white I discovered is for the fog/ brake (25w filament) so this connects to your existing green/orange wire and the black is for the tail light (5w filament) so connect to the Green wire of the feed to the number plate light.
I got the black and White wires connected the wrong way round and had all fogs and brake lights on with rear lights!! All ok now though.

Dave - Repped.
Appreciate everyone's help with sorting this!
As mentioned previously, I took the car for a paint treatment/enhancement on sunday and picked it back up yesterday. I was holding off posting till I could get some of the pics the detailer (Robert) took with the 50/50 shots and the like, but I have some now, so here we go:
Car on arrival at Robert's:
Looks clean but here are some closeups:
Bad scuff on the rear passenger door:
Wash and detox session:
Degreaser solution all over:
After washing, you can see a lot of the swirls/scratches a bit more clearly:
Halogens showing up some of the problems:
Here's a closeup:
Here's some of the 50/50 shots (before refinement or wax):
The obligatory "action shot":
Zymol Carbon wax was used:
And here are the final pics:
I must say there's a significant and noticeable difference - I'm well chuffed with the work
Cheers lads, am very happy with it
Karl, I posted up a link off gumtree the other day with a guy selling a bunch of stuff that would get you started including pads and a polisher... Think he was looking for £130 for the lot...
Does look pretty good, love the 50/50 shots just so you can compare.
