Mikey is200/s13 Have a look at this all i can tell you is its a N/A manual 96 DW
He is specifically after a 6 speed manual, that one is an older 5 speed.
Also high mileage, no tax or MOT and been parked up a couple of years are never great things to hear. I've got a couple like that myself! (Thou none of them are Supras!)

I don't think the mileage is an issue ... supra engines last eternally .. and he is building a replacement over time anyway I have 175k on one of mine and she still pulls like a train.. well she would if she wasnt in boxes

Both of these things are true. But high mileage and extended lack of use would mean a major service/overhaul before he'd be happy with it, and in my experience are never good for a car. I think a lower mileage, well taken care of one would be preferable.

Yes he has had someone contact him .. and his car looks great in the pics .. but he has talked about selling it a few times before and changed his mind, so quite rightly, Dan is keeping his feet on the ground about it ... unlike me, and its not even an addition to my collection lol [/COLOR]

Preferable, absolutely .. but when you want a specific car as rare as rockinghorse poop, you kind of have to accept some pitfalls .. there are three or four common issues with supras that can be expensive and whatever the mileage if they have been addressed properly in good time you'll be fine .. but totally agree .. sitting around for a few years is a very very very bad thing .. and no way to treat a Supe!
