I didn't use a fitting kit, just those spacers pictured from the link above as they were always on my car as it was mud-flapless

i'm a proper novice when it comes to faffing with things like this but I managed easily fitting my full kit on my own

I fitted my side skirts without the fitting kit just a few weeks ago and took loads of pictures. Here's just a few to try and help you get your's done.

You should have a plastic trim screwed into the back of the front arches like this.

You just need to remove the 2 bottom screws. These hold the front end of the side skirt when fitted.

and a small plastic trim in the rear arch....

There are 2 holes in the rear end of the side skirt but you only use the bottom one.

Ormi has made a little bracket to fit in top one but don't worry don't have to fit it, it just holds the skirt a bit closer.

I used double sided tape along the top edge on mine like this.

I also stuck some tape along the bottom to stick it to the underside of the sill.

Stick the tape to the skirt leaving the red top tape on until you have it on the car. I stuck the tape to the skirts and left over night to stick good. I also used a little wallpaper seam roller to get the tape well stuck to the skirt.

Pull a bit of the red top tape off.

Offer it up to the car and put the screws back in the front (2 off) and rear (1 off)

Then pull the protective red tape away and push to stick to the car as you go.

Job finished.

Hope that helps.

Hi mate, did you order the 'retainers' new then?

If so I don't supposed you have the part numbers? I'm in the same situation as you now, got the skirts but my car has mudflaps so I don't have the spacer strips.
