how much oil does the charger take?also weres the drain and fill plug??

I've just taken mine apart and drained the oil. Need to clean it up a bit before reassembly, and prep it for painting. Can you recommend anything to clean it up with?
Also, how did you remove the one Allen bolt of the four that is very hard to access on the under side of the charger? I can't get anything into it, and so it is still attached!

did you just use normal 75/90 gear oil?also when removing the drain plug did the oil just drain out?the only reason i ask is i just read it needs to be sucked out??

the above is from eton them selfs.....
im now confused you said 225ml if you look at the merc stats it says 110 ml and the nissan that uses the m62 uses 115ml????

i also just watched a video explaining that the chargers respond very well to polishing the triangle at the bottom of the charger(were the air is forced out)

also found out its 200ml the charger takes

i asked eaton and they told me 110ml.   
the oil only needs to be sucked out if its on the merc as its mounted with the drain/fill plug on the top. 
the oil is there as splash lubrication not immersion.
if any doubt drain out the current amount and measure but wont help if the oil has been changed in the past.
if its black then flush out the gear housing a few times.
