(was 20 years ago so forgive my aling mind)
About a week or so ago i found a link to a website re: miss sold serps, and the possabilaty of a claim and a refund!
Anybody on here heard of such a plan to reclaim moneys back from miss sold serps or have gone through such a company to make a claim?
Any advice welcome.

Hi guys, about 20 years ago i remember signing either into or out of Serps!
(was 20 years ago so forgive my aling mind)
About a week or so ago i found a link to a website re: miss sold serps, and the possabilaty of a claim and a refund!
Anybody on here heard of such a plan to reclaim moneys back from miss sold serps or have gone through such a company to make a claim?

ad: It was a tough call to make, but the Supercharged IS200 is being retired.

Have a look on the moneysavingexpert forums before you decide to do anything on this.

Yep most of those companies are dodgy as hell, the issue with contracting out is not as widespread as with other recent issues so you have to have a really strong case.

Lexusboy I too have some Serps however i moved into a different pension so my amount is very small.Ooohhhhh exciting.
This amount will give me a annual day out to Bournemouth when i retire lol

you can both get a blue rinse together followed by a lovely fish and chips on your deckchairs by the beach mumbling on about how you remember the days back when lol
