sprinter2012 Then purchased a set of Avon ZZ3's, much quieter and buckets of grip.
Jimxms runs these on his charged IS300 too...
Aye they are very nice tyres and have a good tread pattern too. I'll probably be getting the same again when I get my new car.

I've checked now too, I paid a total of 240 for the tyres and 10 for delivery, so my previous guess was a wee bit low :blushing:
I must have been thinking of the last time I replaced the 17s tyres, got those from scotyre at about 40 a corner... Ormi managed 4 18s there for 120 if I recall correctly...

I must have been thinking of the last time I replaced the 17s tyres, got those from scotyre at about 40 a corner... Ormi managed 4 18s there for 120 if I recall correctly...
Ormi seems to get tyres inordinately cheap! Though I guess he needs to, he must get through them with the ridiculous camber he runs!
I used to buy a lot of 225/40/18 tyres, of various brands. Were usually £80-100 each though.

It just makes you feel like your car should go that little bit faster when you've got nice racey looking V treads on your tyres :p
