2tongues Just get a 2JZ-GTE and then you know you won't have any issues.
Just my 2p worth.
Think you might be right there, it was looking good to start with but the more I read into it etc starts making less sense, thought initially it'd be a good swap as work gone into it but the unknown is putting me off.

or you could go one better, and get a V8 i have one siting here, u can have it for £700
Guys in the US are pulling the 2JZ, out of the cars to replace them with the V8

Now you have thrown a spanner in the works haven't you Marcus!!!!! That is a very tempting idea, although I am not sure what funds I'd need to do such a swap compared to GTE?

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !
