I bought some gauges cheap from a mate, admittedly they're no good for the sexus, as they are boost, amps and water temp but it's got me thinking.

Even if they were good, i.e. Oil Pressure, Oil Temp etc etc how would you mount them? I can't find anything for the mounting for the lexus, so presumably it would mean custom mounting them and making something? Not something i'd be great at!

I did read something about using a scooby pod?

How have you done yours? And which gauges do you have?

I have more gauges than i need but i love them:

Greddy dual gauge 60mm pillar pod;

And custom made 6 gauge holder, i can only find a pic of when it was 3 gauges:

but basically now ive moulded a set on the top as well.,

EDIT:

found a pic now, custom made myself.

How did you mould the top gauges on mate? I'm thinking of something like that, just the 3. Not sure I'd be any good at it though!

I love the 6, but being a non charged, I think i'd struggle to fill it! Lol

I want 3, and keep my vents i think!

Mate is was the best £1500 i spent on gauges lol fitting was free as i did it my self i picked up the unit on ebay then got the HKS camp 2 etc and sensors over time, by using a different screen i was able to have my reversing camera on the same screen as well so it became multi-purpose

Have a look in my Is200 Build thread it shows documentation on the build of the system

Will centrafuse do something similar to that over OBDII? I'm yet to finish the car install, so I'm not actually sure what it's capable of! Big Grin
