It all depends mate,

You need to take e wheel off and have a look. It could be the slider it could be the piston.

Ok mate. So what am I looking for though? Do I have to undo the caliper to have a look? I havent got many tools just yet so would be a bit difficult for me....

Take the wheel off and see if the sliders move, then remove the pads and see if their unevenly worn that'll tell you which piston is knackered.
