So i went and picked up this OEM front lip this morning, only taken me about a year to get hold of one for a non ridiculous price.

It's getting painted to match the car this week and fitted in time for the Miss Banzai Tunnel Run next Saturday.

Also ordered the Blue Ultralite wheel nuts. Big Grin

So picked up my newly sprayed lip on saturday morning.

Really happy with the colour match as you can see its near perfect.

Test fitting it before i drilled the holes in my bumper.

Holes drilled and lip cable tied on. Wanted it fitted for the Miss Banzai Tunnel Run that night so just cable tied until i fix it on permanently. Still need to clean up and refit the rubber strip that attaches to the top of the lip.

Lip all secure with cable ties. Makes such a difference to the car, so pleased with it.

Although when we test fitted it we did one side at a time and its slightly off and the whole lip needs shifting to one side a bit, as it doesn't sit straight where the lip meets the wheel arch. Easily fixable and will get round to sorting it out and fixing it permanently in a week or so. You can see what i mean in this pic.

Where the lip attaches to the wheel arch needs to go higher so its parallel to ground.

And a bonus double Levin picture Big Grin

Yeah but not of the good kind Sad I blew the bottom end two days ago, gonna do a full rebuild on the engine though. Planned to do a rebuild anyway just not this soon. Might put in some uprated cams when I do the rebuild to.

I've seen a few 4age bits (and an engine if I recall correctly) on driftworks over the last month or so, might be worth a look!

Good luck anyway, I really like this car.

Blacktop mate. Planning on rebuilding it with silvertop rods though.
