OK so with this happening in a few days who is bringing what so the club knows

The club will supply
Marquees
Banners
white light for in the marquee at night after the generators are turned off
Coloured lighting to attract people to the club
coloured lights for the banners
Cabling to Provide a few sockets around the Marquee

What else are people bringing

adaptor cables for generator
Fridge
Plates
K,F,S
Cups
certain amount of food
Beer
Coffee
Milk
Sugar
Petrol for Generator 5ltrs

and thats it at the moment
