I would have to say that in terms of perfrmance, the 300 excells in every respect- gearbox is sublime in terms of auto changes- gentle cruising and you dont even notice it, however, change from D to M and you can redline in every gear.
I think that the 3 litre engine is exceptiontinal- so much so that I'm lloking to change to a RX300 shortly, so as much as I love the IS, its soon to be sold on..

I've had both a 200 and 300. The 200 was in auto flavour as well (allthough 4 speed, not 5).

Would love a granite sky one but tend to cost that but more I'm not too fussed on colour I like the blue granite platinum and black so I should be ok when a nice one comes up =)
