Shaun TDI Bemani are not responding to our emails or phone messages.
The clock is now ticking on this and we need a standard size pulley within 1 week.
Any takers?
You will need to actually speak to someone rather than emails or messages as I guess you are not corresponding in German.

I was searching for the splined part for ages, now i found a part that fits.
the part is from a Denso Air Conditioner clutch, Densos are used in most (i think) BMW's and even AC pump that is on our is200's is the correct one.
if you are looking for that part in some scrap yard, here is how it looks like:

between that clutch contact area and splined part, there is a rubber damper, that can be cut out leaving you with a splied part with a round steel flange 6cm in diameter.
