Or
Its how long you can hold a tyre at arms length or some other endurance test.

Think last year it was a bar with a set of car springs on either end. Had to be held straight out.

I take it the bunjee thing is where you're tied to an elastic band and you see how far you can run before it pulls you flying back onto your ass?
