injector adapters turned up today so fitted them so hopefully have the engine turned round by the end of the weekend and start rebuilding just wish i had more room lol a single garage just dont cut it lol

any news on the banjo bolt turbo oil feed mate

Right a few pics i got today when i put up the engine hoist a scary moment when my car looks like this lol

Well today i did few lil bits torqued up odd parts trial fitted the new injectors seems these fit ok now though no.1 injector connector is tight to say the least! may have lil trouble plugging connector on!

Noticed i had broke the (think its) camshaft oil solenoid??? top left front! lol so need to get new one:o so if any has pm me it would be much appreciated!!!!

Hoist levelling bar arrived today so happy with that so friday the old lump will be removed and the bay can be cleaned up ready for the new lump, just got to do bell housing bolts and engine mounts oh and a plug that goes to the top of the gear box so i can move the engine loom completely out the way.

MattLaw is getting me some fly wheel bolts as i completely forgot about them so he should be posting them for me friday

Ike recieved the inlet manifold on Saturday said he would have a look this week for me not the fastest of movers i must admit i think its safe to say i sure as hell will not use his sevices again or recommend!!

well ill get some more photos this weekend so ppl can see the lump aou and install hope all runs smooth biggest job ive done on a motor lol

Damnyouve gone all out ileft the whole of the front attached when I did the swap on mine if what you have broken is on the engine I may have it mate sort a picky of it an ill let you know

Yeah, that is the VVTi solenoid/actuator. They are mental expensive new, my engine's got 2 of them...
