Might not be the actual bolt or pulley just might need to get someone to apply a lot more pressure on it before tightening the centre bolt.

I had big Brian push the tensioner while I tightened the bolt so I don't think it could be tensioned any better haha! I'll try a new tensioner, its only £30 or something! haha

decided to update this Smile

Had my manifold modded so the lambda doesn't hit the side of the engine bay and heat wrapped it:

I Heat wrapped the Y-Pipe (yes I ran out but I've been and bought more):

Now my car is quite low so my Y-Pipe hits the floor ALL THE TIME so I realised that my heat wrap wont last two minutes so I made a skid plate for it!

I know the skid plate looks a bit pikey but all I had was an angle grinder and a bench vice so all the bends were made by hand! plus its only going to get bashed up so it doesn't need to be pretty! haha

I still need to drill holes in the side so I can attach it to the Y-Pipe.

Thats a job for the weekend though.

So I finished the Y-pipe:

I then fitted it along with the supercharger and the straight adapter for the SSQV Smile

I also replaced the screws in the throttle body that hold the SC and throttle cable in place. Mainly because the screws seem to round off every time I remove them and it annoyed me.

I also sorted all of the joins in my exhaust so it doesn't blow anymore Smile
