Hi, ive just done around 10,000 miles in my car now since i've had it and i'm considering changing the oil.
What oill would anyone recommend.
Car has done 56,000 miles. (IS 200, 2002)

I think IS200 engine oil is 5w30, I'm using that ridiculously expensive castrol stuff. Opie oils has a sale on right now I think.

Have you used anything else besides castrol, if so does it make a difference?

well the first time all my oil leaked out, I filled it up with castrol and it was a lot smoother. It's fully synthetic, but I don't really have anything to compare it to.

I use 5/30 from Opie Oils, it's a fully synthetic called Fuchs Titan Pro I think.
