He's told me he charges £30 an hour for that sort of work, I have no idea if that's a good deal or not, he said if there not to bad shouldn't take too long at all.
So that's the rubber and polish sorted just need to sort out a time I can get them down there.
Also got a very good mate who does all my vinyl/decal work to get me a price for some gloss black vinyl to cover my roof in think it will be very sutle on a grey IS.
Then its off for paint, rear bumper is bad flaky paint just aint sexy and the bonnet stone chips.
What do we think

Well I've spoke to my tyre man for a price for some rubber and its pretty good, also asked him about getting the lips polished up and asked about price.

Dan I know u don't like the vinyl but i think it will come out good and on the dark grey won't be too much in ur face

Pat do you remember how long it took to wrap the bonnet at rscs lol and how many people involved not to mention kay's spoiler lol so no vinyl just no
However this will be in a controled enviroment with all the right tools, plus the vinyl is a lot better then the stuff we had there so should go on better

But I have been and spoke to my painters and plans are in motion for paint maybe next motnh or begining of May
Also been speaking to Morgan to finalise vinyl and decal bits for the car. Thens its bumper and bonnet off for paint roof done and then ready for shows.
On a different note I purchased a new lens for my DSLR this week and the shots you can get on it are amazing, can't wait to get it used on some cars, just need a hotshow flash and I'd be happy with my kit.
After May I think I will sort a service on the car so a trip over to Opieoils will be on the cards.
But before that I need to replace top ball joint on front left due to wear before the MOT so may aswell do both.
Other than these few bits, I always leave my eyes open for parts I want/need to finish off my car to the standard I want
