phaebo arent the 2zz injectors too big for the oem ECU? i heard some people say that 260cc injectors are the biggest injectors the oem ecu will run with? Correct me if i am wrong.
No idea, I think lots of people have used 2zz with success - I don't know with what management.
I can tell you the standard ECU can't handle 650cc though.

I now have all the parts exept an AFR. Does anyone know if there's an AFR that uses the existing O2 sensors so I only have to wire the AFR to them?
The guy from Euro LOC who I bought my 145mm pulley from, said that he had been running 2ZZ-GE injectors with 145mm and a HKS fuel cut defender for about 2 years with no problems.
