They know because if we've bought, say, 10 tickets, then they know we have a max of 10 stand passes.
The passes are also sticky, they're not just a photocopied piece of plain paper.

10-08-2017, 06:08 PM #85Yeah if you can buy a ticket now, you'll get a stand pass. Then that will get you and one car onto the stand. If you have other car passengers then you can buy more tickets on the gate, as Stav says.

We don't want these to be held up in the post so the earlier these are booked the better.
Looks like we have a great position for the club stand at this show.

So if you do buy a ticket on the gate (which will be more expensive than buying it in advance), in order to get on the stand you'll need to get a spare stand pass from us, if we have one - we will know close to the time how many such spare passes we have, and then perhaps we can work out how we can allocate these fairly (without people having to drive to the show and then take a chance on if they'll get a pass or not).

Tickets are also available for non-Japanese cars, or for Saturday too (test day), but these cost extra and I don't have any right now.
