Colin G just out of curiousity, and i love the colour on the 'vette. But how can it be matte and metallic?? Surely its gotta be one or the other unless you mean its satin blue??

Oh and well done on the MOT, always a good feeling when it doesn't have any advisories on it.

As said metallic is the metal flake within the paint that can still be present without the gloss coat making it matte instead of gloss finish

Got some new bits today

Big Grin decided to fit them straight away too me a good 4 hours wasnt the worst set i have ever donem they are very low right now on the front so will crank it up about an inch tomorrow when i have more energy. Then off for 4 wheel alignment as the camber is it definitely needs it.

Also started with the badge and spoiler removal on the boot hate badges with a passion and lip spoilers are not my thing either. Hoping to have it finished for jap show fibreglass and filler is all sorted it will be in primer shortly then hopefully paint will go on later in the week

Will pop some pics up tomorrow of how she is sitting now need to lower the back half an inch and raise the front half an inch to even it out a bit hope that the boot can be painted before the weekend then its just a mammoth session of flatting the whole car with 1500 sandpaper and then machine polish the death out of it ready for japshow :-) shiny shiny

Thanks mate, was thinking a touch lower on the front just to even out the gap but it will in no way be 'slammed' or 'stanced' i want to still be able to use it and even without having my geometry sorted the handling now is obscene
