Mark, Mike's ruptured his achillies so I doubt will be able to do it, he's waiting to hear if he needs surgery or if he's going to be cast, but he's out of sport an exercise for a few months, he can't even drive for about 6-8 weeks, so if you want to do it go ahead Smile

Thanks mate, he's gutted too, he was just getting back into training as he has his 4th Dan grading in Taekwondo next year and it went pop on Tuesday evening, he's only been home bound for 2 days and bored stupid already, the cast he has at the moment is temporary so he can't get around at all really, just hope he's driving by the time JAE comes, it wont all fit in the Zed lol
